Small

can now afford to offer their employees the dental and vision care benefits
previously unavailable to them.
Vision Plan: The vision plan benefits include periodic eye exams, plus
lenses and frames or contacts every 12-24 months. When receiving services from
one of the many participating doctors, the member pays only the deductible and
any applicable upgrade costs, at the time of the visit. It is even possible for
members to see out-of-network doctors; they simply pay the full charges at the
time of the visit, then submit their receipt for reimbursement. The member is
then reimbursed according to the plan benefit schedule.
Dental Plan: With multiple plan design and benefit options to choose
from, employers are able to custom
design their companies' dental benefit packages to ensure a plan that's just
right for them and their employees. Options available to the employer include a
variety of deductible and coinsurance levels, as well as covered service
choices ranging from basic preventive care such as teeth cleanings and fluoride
treatments, to major care such as inlays, crowns, and dentures. There is even
an option that includes orthodontic care!
